Audrey James Bio (Volunteer)

After leaving school, Audrey joined the Police Force. She spent time in uniform on patrol and as a member of the Criminal Investigation Department. After marrying Kevin, she accompanied him on his various postings throughout the world, living in Scotland, Germany, Hong Kong, Belize, and Africa. She learned to dive in Belize and is qualified as a BSAC Instructor and PADI Divemaster, with over 1000 dives.

Audrey has dived in the Red Sea, The Philippines, Malaysia, Borneo, and The Bahamas, where she now lives. Audrey supports our Director of Dive Operations at Progress Through Scuba Diving and along with a multitude of other talents she is a welcoming smile to our visitors, she makes the most delicious home-cooked meals and never fails to raise a laugh with tales from their travels……I like to call her our “superwoman”.
